Upload test scores & GPA
userEducator Xello productXello 6-12 Time3 minutes

District or regional administrators upload test scores for students using an Excel template downloaded from Xello. There are three pre-built templates provided (SAT, GPA, and ACT). Alternatively, for localized or regional tests, a customizable template allows you to enter columns and fields as necessary.

Test scores can be uploaded multiple times. Previous scores with the same test date will be automatically overwritten, and scores that have a new date will be added.

noteNote: Only those with administrator access can create or make these changes. To learn more about educator access and permissions, read the article on Educator permissions.

Meanwhile, on school profiles, where there is sufficient data, students can view a chances of admission scattergram. This will show them the acceptance rates and average GPA at the school and how their own scores compare. The more test scores educators upload to Xello, the more data there is for current and future students to view. To learn more about the chances of admission scattergrams, check out How students explore schools.
