View your student course plans from your educator account. Or view the full student list where you can quickly assign diplomas, create groups and send messages. To better help your students as they set up their course plan, learn how they experience the course planner in their student accounts.
View student list of course plans
Check out the full list of student course plans. From this page, you can apply filters to narrow the list, select multiple students to quickly assign a diploma or specialization, create a group, or send a message.
To see an overview of all student course plans and get a high-level view of credits completed:
- From your educator account, click Features and select Courses & Diplomas.
- Click Student course plans to open the student list.
- Click on a student name to view that student’s course plan.
View one student's course plan
You can view a student's course plan by accessing the student course plans page as described above. This is ideal if you're already accessing the full list of course plans.
There's an alternative for when you just need to access one student's course plan. All student course plans are viewable on their student profile page.
To view one student's course plan:
- In the search bar located at the top of any page in your educator account, enter the student's name or ID.
- Click on the student's name. The About student tab of their profile opens.
- Click the Course Planner tab.
View course plans as a student
To get an understanding of what your students experience when building their four-year course plan, view your student demo account as a student in grade eight or higher, and build your own "course plan".
Once in your demo account, to access the Course Planner:
- From the student dashboard, under Quick links, click Course Planner.
- Play around by entering different courses, using different filters, and see how the changes are reflected back on your educator side when you View as educator.
